Visual Planning

Drag and drop deck layout builder

Build deck plans visually using accurate vessel deck templates. Place containers, skids, pipe racks, and bulk cargo onto the deck layout with drag and drop. The system shows real time weight totals, centre of gravity position, and available deck space as items are added. Dynamic balancing and auto generate features help marine coordinators quickly find the optimal loading configuration. Vessel draft profile updates live as cargo is placed.

Vessel Blueprint

Accurate vessel specifications and deck profiles

Each vessel in your fleet is configured with precise deck dimensions, load zones, maximum capacities, and draft profiles. The blueprint view displays vessel length, breadth, freeboard, and superstructure clearances alongside cargo areas. Deck Pro uses these specifications to validate every load plan against the vessel's actual capabilities, ensuring plans are physically achievable and within class approved limits.

Standard presets and custom cargo registration

Register cargo items using standard presets for common offshore equipment like 20ft and 40ft containers, standard skids, tool baskets, pipe racks, and subsea structures. For non standard items, enter manual specifications including dimensions, gross weight, cargo class, and destination. Each cargo item is colour coded for quick visual identification on the deck plan, making it easy to distinguish between different cargo types at a glance.

3D Digital Twin

Visualize your deck plan in three dimensions

Switch to the 3D view to see your loading plan rendered as a digital twin of the vessel deck. Cargo items are displayed with accurate dimensions and positions, giving operations teams a realistic preview of how the deck will look once loading is complete. The 3D view helps identify clearance issues, access path obstructions, and stacking conflicts that may not be obvious in the 2D planner, reducing surprises during actual loading operations.
